Jeff came out the same day I called. Just a couple of hours later. The part was warranted from Broilmaster so he ordered me a new part. Came back the next week and installed and cleaned up and painted the grill so it looks great. Very great service and I will use them again.

Smooth and Professional
From first phone call to final everything was smooth and professional. The bid was not low but was less than I expected to get this tough job done. The install was quick and clean and the gas lines were tucked away outside and in. This was an interior masonry see thru fireplace so getting gas to it was not simple. We love the fireplace and highly recommend MN Gas Grills and Fireplaces.

As Promised
We called about our fireplace because it was the only source of heat in our home since our furnace failed. I left a message and they called back in about 1 hour. They came the next day as they promised. The gentleman that did the work disassembled the fireplace to get to the fan which he determined was faulty. He called to find a new fan, had a colleague pick it up from a wholesaler so that he was able to return in two days time. He returned, installed the fan and did a through cleaning. The fireplace is better now than when it was first installed. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are/were great.

Very satisfactory experience
The first good sign: they answered the phone when I called, as opposed to leaving a message. The fellow listened to my problem, asked for a convenient time for me; we agreed on a time [the next morning]; and, wonder of wonders, the repair person showed up as promised, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and was out of here in under an hour. I was impressed that he spread a cloth to protect the floor and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfactory experience.
